Mō te Tūranga | About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for someone with an interest in Agribusiness, to join us as an Associate Partner, providing support to our Agri customers. This successful candidate is to be based out of our Taupo Partners Centre. What are 5 day to day tasks the person in this role will complete? Supporting Agribusiness Partners - with all client's requirement as well various stakeholders across the bank Collaborating with BNZ specialists to deliver value add products that meet our clients' requirements Risk Management - quality assurance measures Analysing customer financial accounts and credit proposals, and completing credit submissions Delivering on SLA agreements What is the most exciting thing about this opportunity? We continue to invest in and grow our tāngata (people) to be the best in the Agribusiness market, understanding our customers, our market and the key factors that influence them better than anyone else. In this role you will have exposure to a range of Agribusiness customers, and you'll work closely with experienced Agribusiness Partners fulfilling the day-to-day requirements of customer, while also supporting the growth of the customer base. What attributes will this person have in order to be successful? If you are a self-starter who has focus, energy, great communication skills and the flexibility to deliver on multiple tasks to deadlines then this role is perfect for you! Ideally, you'll have experience within banking and/or financial services but also be customer-focused with a talent for building relationships. We are looking for: Familiarity in a business banking environment, and/or an understanding of banking principles and document preparation is preferred Strong attention to detail, but also the analytical skills and the ability to think outside the square Credit and/or lending experience is preferred Natural ability to build relationships with a variety of customers, and excellent communications skills Knowledge of, experience within or passion for the Agribusiness sector would be advantageous What is the team culture and environment like?
