ASSOCIATE PARTNER (FAST TRACK TO MANAGEMENT)

In the Fast Track to Management Program, you’ll start as a financial professional to gain hands on experience. Once you have met the program requirements, you’ll be able to transition into management as an Associate Partner within 12 months. You’ll also be enrolled in the Associate Partner training program, a six-month intensive program designed to prime you for success as a Partner. In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading and building a team of financial professionals.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • MBA degree or equivalent/higher degree or
  • Most recent position involving 2 years+ people management/business owner experience demonstrating transferrable leadership capabilities or
  • 3+ years direct sales experience with elements of sourcing, prospecting, fact finding and solutioning
    Preferred FINRA registrations: SIE, Series 6 or 7; Life and Health License

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 4-year College Degree
  • Candidate must be an accomplished communicator with strong verbal and written skills
  • Prior sales and/or business experience preferred
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong desire to help others
    It is also a plus if you have strong interpersonal management skills, are a self-starter, and capable of working individually as well as in a team environment
