We win when our Partners win. About the Role This P2 Partner Associate role is designed as a development path into a Partner Manager / Partner Executive role. You will support our Senior Partner Managers/Senior Partner Executives on day‑to‑day execution while owning clearly defined workstreams across partner onboarding, ramp, and early‑stage GTM motions. You will learn how we build, ramp, and scale partners – from first onboarding through to pipeline generation – and progressively take on more ownership over accounts and motions over time. Key Responsibilities (Learning and Progression): Support onboarding of new partners across processes, systems, and basic enablement. Support light-touch nurture activities Work with the regional GPO team to help incubate new partners and coordinate initiatives, Support execution of partner campaigns led by senior team members to generate leads and early-stage pipeline (S1s). Shadow Senior Partner Managers/Senior Partner Executives in partner meetings, QBRs, and internal reviews. Coordinate with Field/Partner Marketing on lists, invites, follow‑ups, and asset distribution. About You You are at the beginning of your career, or you’re looking to pivot into partner management and want a role where you can learn fast and grow quickly. Basic Qualifications 3-4+ years of professional experience in Sales, Business Development, Partner/Channel, Customer Success, or Consulting in a technology or SaaS environment. Other Qualifications Experience in a supporting role to Sales, Alliances, or Partner teams. Exposure to AI, enterprise SaaS, cloud applications, or related technology. Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and basic reporting. Demonstrated interest in partner ecosystems, GTM, and/or B2B sales. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; comfortable managing tasks, follow‑ups, and reporting. Good communication skills; comfortable working with both internal stakeholders and external partners. Workday pay ranges (and the precise pay offered to the successful candidate) are based on a number of objective criteria such as relevant experience and skills, and educational qualifications, level of responsibility, demands of the role, work location and business need. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants awarded by Workday Inc.
