We are seeking a strategic and client-focused Associate Partner to lead sales and solution support for enterprise application services in the Japanese market. This role demands deep expertise in SAP and complementary platforms such as Oracle, Workday, and ServiceNow, along with strong leadership and client engagement capabilities. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Japanese and possess a proven track record of driving business growth, shaping solutions, and building trusted client relationships. Required Skills & Experience 15+ years of experience in enterprise applications consulting, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA and exposure to Oracle, Workday, and ServiceNow. Proven track record in sales leadership, solution architecture, and client delivery. Fluent in Japanese (spoken and written); business-level proficiency is mandatory. Deep understanding of Japanese business culture, regulatory environment, and market dynamics. Strong knowledge of cloud deployment models, digital transformation frameworks, and industry-specific SAP solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
