Working closely with the People team and other departments, the role helps keep employee information, processes, and resources organized, compliant, and accessible.   This is a full-time, permanent position offered on a remote basis.  About the Opportunity:  * Respond to employee inquiries related to People policies and processes, escalating more complex matters when appropriate, and managing the People Team shared inbox  * Prepare and maintain People documentation, including status change letters, employment verification letters, termination documents, and other employee records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance  * Support HRIS administration (UKG) by creating employee profiles, updating records, and assisting with audits to maintain accurate and organized employee data  * Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, guiding new hires through orientation, ensuring documentation is complete, and coordinating access to systems and equipment  * Support People Team operations and projects, maintaining internal resources (e.g., SharePoint, guides, templates), assisting with recruitment coordination, and contributing to engagement initiatives and special projects.  About You:  You bring 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, HR coordination, or People operations support role and:  * Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A CPHR or progress towards designation is considered an asset.  * Experience supporting HR documentation, employee lifecycle processes, or HRIS systems.  * Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to thoughtfully manage priorities, while providing timely updates to all stakeholders.  Experience working in people-centered, community-based, or culturally grounded environments is considered to be an asset.  Successful candidates will be required to complete a Criminal Record Check as a condition of employment.  Compensation:  Starting annual compensation of $51,000-$69,000 plus rewarding benefits package. The offered compensation will take into account the candidate’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.  How to Apply:  We invite you to submit your resume to https://www.castlemain.com/about/careers/   At Castlemain, we know not everyone’s experience fits a checklist.
