As an Associate Financial Adviser, the role is focused on providing professional and high-quality investment management advice and supporting new and existing Perpetual Private HNW clients. About the Role Join our dynamic team at Perpetual and as an Associate you will: Attend and actively participate in client meetings to support the Financial Advisers in the provision of a highly personal and compelling client experience Arrange & coordinate documentation for client meetings Oversee the preparation of annual review and new business plans including development of draft strategies, financial modelling, completion of fact find data and other inputs needed to complete advice instructions Manage workflow to deliver to client needs. Maintain an understanding of operational processes for other teams including paraplanning and operations Monitor client accounts & team dashboards & maintain client records Act as the key liason for the Financial Advisers within the team/pod, administrative and operational team for the purposes of escalations and investigations Oversee implementation of advice recommendations and keep clients updated regarding progress. Contribute to effective risk and compliance management through ensuring appropriate measures, controls and activities are taken to fulfil corporate and regulatory compliance About You We’re looking for someone with: Completed or undertaking FASEA approved education pathway Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in paraplanning or related financial services experience Experience with Xplan desirable Experience in a client facing role Working knowledge of investments & advice strategies including, superannuation consolidation, retirement, structures, taxation, income streams & cash flow modelling Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent time management and organisational skills Excellent relationship building skills PC literate (Word & Excel) How we work Our unique culture is underpinned by our three organisational behaviours, Stretch, Own it, Make an impact which drive our approach of day-to-day interactions with colleagues and clients, the way we approach decision-making to the questions we ask and the problems we solve.
