Under direction of the Staff Services Manager II, Compliance Manager, the Associate Personnel Analyst (APA) will independently conduct ongoing audits of Human Resource Branch (HRB) processes and procedures to monitor compliance with regulatory and control agency requirements. The APA will provide recommendations and changes that promote innovative solutions to meet compliance, in accordance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, California Department of Human Resources, State Personnel Board and other external control agencies.

Working Conditions
This position is eligible to participate in the hybrid telework schedule. Participation in telework is subject to the Department’s telework guidelines.
Effective July 1, 2025, this position will be required to report to the designated onsite location four days per week.
