Position Purpose: Coordinate the export shipment process according to client´s contractual terms guaranteeing that contracts are executed on timely manner and providing the best customer experience in all the stages of the contract execution. Responsibilities Primary duties will include: Coordinate the sample approval process within StoneX coffee quality department, third party exporters and clients. Coordinate the export shipment process as per each contract terms and conditions, including the issuance of shipping instructions, bags marks, booking confirmation with ocean carriers, export customs, and inland truck logistics. Review and approve for payment, local charges from third party logistics providers. Issue and remit export original shipment documents to be dispatched to banks, third party warehouses or clients. Keep the system updated with all the stages of coffee executions, including the issuance of sales invoices to clients. Keep the client informed about their shipment and documents status guaranteeing the best customer experience Qualifications To land this role you will need: Full proficiency in English language, both written and speaking is mandatory. Degree in economics, business or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, export documentation. Previous experience in the green coffee business is desirable but not mandatory. Proactive and willingness to lean in a fast-paced environment. Multicultural working experience is a plus #LI-Hybrid #LI-AS1
