This role works closely with Planning, Production, Inventory, and Sales teams to ensure accurate data, strong execution, and timely support of brand and account needs.The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment. RESPONSIBILITIES Planning & Analysis Support planning activities for ALO, including buys, demand tracking, inventory analysis, and forecast updates Assist with planning support for Bella craft accounts, ensuring account-specific needs and timelines are met Maintain and analyze data related to sales, inventory levels, and forecasts Prepare weekly and monthly planning reports and dashboards Inventory & Allocation Support Assist with inventory monitoring and allocation execution across channels and accounts Support replenishment needs for core styles and ongoing programs Flag inventory risks such as shortages or excess and escalating as needed Production & Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with Production Planning to support alignment between demand and supply Assist with tracking production, WIP, and delivery timelines Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Inventory teams to support account and brand needs Process & Team Support Support process improvements and documentation Assist senior planners with ad-hoc analysis and special projects Build strong understanding of brand calendars, assortments, and business drivers QUALIFICATIONS 1–3 years of experience in planning, allocation, inventory, or supply chain (apparel preferred) Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and collaboration skills Experience supporting both DTC and wholesale accounts Exposure to apparel planning or production processes Interest in long-term growth within planning Department Analytical and detail-oriented mindset Strong follow-through and accountability Collaborative and eager-to-learn attitude Ability to adapt to changing priorities Clear and effective communication The base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $80,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company’s total rewards package for exempt employees.
