Johnson Service Group (JSG), a nationally recognized staffing firm, is assisting our global manufacturing client with an Associate Project Manager opportunity on site in Mount Pleasant, PA.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1+ years of hands-on SAP experience
  • Candidates must be able to demonstrate practical SAP experience managing transactions and data related to order fulfillment
  • 1+ years of project management experience, specifically managing the execution of projects/orders
  • Experience managing internal and external customer relationships
  • Understanding of production planning processes and collaboration with planning teams (formal planner experience is not required)
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and coordinate across multiple departments

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Exposure to high-voltage equipment or utilities (preferred but not required)
  • Familiarity with S/4HANA is a plus, but strong SAP ECC experience is acceptable
  • Prior use of reporting tools like Power BI is helpful but not required
Responsibilities

DUTIES:

The Associate Project Manager plays a key role within the project execution of all orders in HV (High Voltage) Service to ensure delivery/completion of goods or services to the customer with a focus on customer satisfaction and invoice release through cash collection.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support service business, primarily for the U.S. market, but also servicing Canada, Mexico, and other countries.
  • Manage end-to-end order lifecycle: from order booking through invoicing
  • Manage orders from sales handoff to customer delivery/acceptance.
  • Work closely with internal teams: Sales, Supply Chain, Shop, and Planning.
  • Manage projects related to manufacturing breakers that are no longer produced by the new products business.
  • Manage approximately $1M in revenue per month.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams and customers for order status and delivery expectations
  • Perform SAP transactions related to:
  • Material delivery tracking
  • Adjusting planned and delivery dates
  • Cost control and revenue forecasting
  • Maintain order accuracy and system alignment with master plans
  • Monitor order cost performance and assist in revenue planning activities
