Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture from an accredited institution Registered Architect with the Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland (RIAI) or the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) Over 10 years of professional experience in architectural design, with a strong focus on healthcare and education sectors Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects from concept to completion Proficient in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards specific to healthcare and education facilities Extensive experience in leading multidisciplinary project teams, managing budgets, and ensuring timely project delivery Strong ability to coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants to achieve project goals Demonstrated ability to create innovative and sustainable design solutions that meet client needs and enhance user experience Commitment to incorporating the latest technologies and best practices in architectural design Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and project updates to diverse stakeholders.
