Develop and foster enduring relationships with clients in the region to understand their business needs and ensure client satisfaction to improve retention and deliver organic revenue growth. Drive the growth of the regional practice group identifying new markets, clients, and opportunities. Build strong regional relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to expand the organization's influence globally. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote the regional practice group's services. Facilitate the sharing of knowledge, expertise, and resources across different regions to foster collaboration and innovation. Promote the adoption of new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance the regional practice group's capabilities. Demonstrate thought leadership and innovation through publications, speaking engagements, visible external leadership. Bachelor's degree or post-graduate qualification and/or fellowship in an appropriate professional institution. Registered Architect, or equivalent preferred. Deep expertise in the Living (Hospitality and Multi-family Residential) Sector with substantial experience (18 years or more) in a discipline, including 10+ years' experience in Architecture consultancy. Experience in regional business development. Strong skills in managing relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including executive management, clients, and partners. Experience managing business relationships at executive level while managing teams across geographies. Proficiency in coaching, mentoring, and developing team members. Experience in managing budgets and financial planning. Proven ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement them effectively. Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage multiple priorities. Awareness and sensitivity to cultural differences and a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
