Architect with 20+ years' experience in construction detailing and building science Considerable experience working on mid to large scale mixed use residential high-rise projects Detail-oriented with an understanding of process flow and able to handle sensitive and confidential information involving complex project documents Ability to work well independently with little supervision - should be self-directed and be highly motivated Strong project coordination mindset with the ability to quickly resolve problems in real time Adept at working in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment Excellent communication and presentation skills - both verbal and written with an ability to interact and coordinate effectively with internal and external business partners Familiarity with Document Management procedures in collaboration with Clients' requirements - including but not limited to: Distribution Matrices, Supplier (Vendor) Data Management, Document Numbering, Filing and Archiving Procedures Experienced with EDMS packages (SharePoint, Aconex, ProCore, Unifier), Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam and software such as BIM360, Revit and AutoCad Proficiency with FTP, ProjectWise, SharePoint, ISO and MS Office - PM+ experience is an asset
