Description:
YOUR BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE
- 7 years as an Associate Principal, Electrical Engineer leading full-service building services and commissioning projects in the Healthcare or Education sector.
- You have the expertise and ability to switch between a Design and Commissiong Lead on diverse projects.
- You’re organized and self-sufficient with the capacity to thrive in dynamic work environments that require multi-tasking and handling competing priorities.
- You describe yourself as a solutions-driven, relationship-builder that has their own book of clients and strives to deliver high-impact solutions.
- You’re an effective communicator and active listener that can effectively engage a diverse group of key stakeholders, from C-Suite executives to architects and technicians.
- You’re a hands-on, collaborative and compassionate leader with the proven ability to grow and manage a small team of Design Engineers.
- You are accountable, hard-working and take ownership of your work, with the zeal to take the next step in your career and become a Principal.
