Position OverviewThe Associate Principal / Associate Head of School will support the academic and operational leadership of our global online K–12 school.

The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to maintain high academic standards, support teachers and students, strengthen parent engagement, ensure accreditation compliance, and drive continuous school improvement.

 Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Leadership & Curriculum•⁠ ⁠Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the KG–12 curriculum•⁠ ⁠Monitor academic performance, student achievement, and learning outcomes•⁠ ⁠Maintain consistent quality across Group Learning and One-to-One Learning programs•⁠ ⁠Develop and implement academic policies and procedures•⁠ ⁠Promote effective teaching, assessment, and student-centred learning practices
