ASSOCIATE PRINCIPAL PRE-QUALIFIED POOL PROCESS:

This application process will establish a pool of pre-qualified candidates for Associate Principal positions.

STEP 2: QUALIFICATIONS REVIEW

If you meet the minimum qualifications, your application will be forwarded to subject matter experts for review.

STEP 4: PRE-QUALIFIED POOL

If you successfully pass the Level 1 interview, your name will be placed in the Pre-Qualified Associate Principal Hiring Pool through June 30, 2026.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Any combination of education, training, or experience equivalent to three years of effective teaching experience and site leadership experience as well as a thorough knowledge of instructional strategies.

LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Valid California Administrative Services Credential.

  • Serve as a co-administrator and instructional leader on one or more school campuses.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the integrity of the instructional program.
  • Build relationships in order to support the skill development of certificated and classified staff.
  • Develop school plans and organizational procedures to protect the health and safety of students and staff on campus.
