Description

Bachelor's degree in Architecture Professional licensure preferred 8-10+ years of experience, with a strong background in mixed-use project Advanced master-planning and building planning skills Ability to advance a design through all project phases - from concept to detail development Experience designing domestic and international, large scale mixed-use projects with a focus of expertise on Residential, Retail, Hotel and Offices Understanding of market trends of these sectors and ability to tailor designs to client's business objectives Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Korean speaking is a plus. Advanced skills in 3D program (Sketchup, Rhino, Enscape), AutoCad, Revit, InDesign Hand sketch capability is a plus Capabilities in parametric and advanced computational design is valued.
