• System Management:

Managing the SAP technical infrastructure, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems.

• Performance Tuning:

Optimizing SAP system performance, including monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting.

• User Management:

Creating, managing, and deleting user accounts, assigning roles and authorizations, and maintaining user profiles.

• Security:

Ensuring the security of SAP systems and data, including password policies, authorization controls, and security audits.

• Upgrades and Patching:

Installing and managing SAP system updates, patches, and upgrades.

• Troubleshooting:

Diagnosing and resolving technical issues within the SAP environment, including system errors, short dumps, and performance bottlenecks.

• Background Job Management:

Managing and monitoring the execution of background jobs within the SAP system.

• Collaboration:

Collaborating with other IT teams, such as database administrators and functional consultants, to ensure seamless system operations.

• Monitoring:

Monitoring the health and performance of SAP systems, including work processes, users, system logs, and disk space.

• System Configuration:

Configuring SAP systems to meet specific business needs, including user access, authorization, and system parameters.

• SAP Landscape Management:

Designing, implementing, and managing SAP landscapes, including multiple systems and environments

• Understand and adhere to Information Security policies, guidelines and procedure, practice them for protection of organizational data and Information System.
• Take part in information security training and act while handling information.
• Report all suspected security and policy breach to InfoSec team or appropriate authority (CISO).
• Understand and adhere to the additional information security responsibilities as part of the assigned job role.
