About the Role As an Associate Private Banker, you’ll play a key role in supporting Private Bankers by delivering value-add solutions and exceptional service to our clients. You will manage lending fulfilment, coordinate client transactions, and ensure seamless execution of client needs while maintaining data integrity and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities Manage daily workflow and deliver exceptional customer service, contributing to positive NPS outcomes Onboard new clients and open accounts Process maintenance transactions and liaise with support teams to enable client requests (e.g., transfers, IMTs, TDs) Maintain data integrity and portfolio accuracy, including cleansing duplicate records Conduct title/company searches, order valuations, and verify income as required Support Private Bankers with reporting and compliance activities Proactively review service workflows and identify improvement opportunities Educate clients on digital tools such as NetBank and CommBiz to enhance their experience Identify client needs and refer opportunities to Private Bankers About You You are passionate about delivering superior customer service and building strong relationships. You bring: Experience in banking or lending, ideally in a relationship management or similar role Proven exposure to consumer and commercial products Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capability Strong planning, organisation, and attention to detail Tertiary qualifications in a business-related discipline (desirable) FSRA Tier 2 Accreditation Ready to make an impact?
