You’ll join our Private Wealth team in Sydney / Warrane, Gadigal Country in a full-time role that places you at the heart of supporting the financial lives of High-Net-Worth clients. You’ll partner closely with Private Bankers to help clients grow, manage and protect their wealth, all while delivering a seamless and deeply personal experience. This is a fast paced environment where you’ll take ownership of tasks end to end, ensuring clients feel supported from the moment they reach out to the moment their request is completed. You’ll coordinate onboarding, maintain portfolio information, support our Global Investment Services offering and make sure every interaction is recorded accurately and in line with policy. You’ll also build strong relationships with internal partners, promote digital tools that help clients stay connected, and help safeguard our risk and compliance standards. It’s a role where you’ll make a real difference to clients who value clarity, confidence and expertise. What do I need? • Experience supporting clients in banking or financial services • Strong organisational skills and confidence navigating a fast-paced environment • High attention to detail and comfort completing tasks end to end • Ability to work collaboratively and build genuine relationships • Curiosity for wealth, investment and banking concepts, with a willingness to learn Why join us?
