QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in private banking, family office, asset management, or Big 4/consulting (wealth/finance focus)
  • Strong understanding of financial instruments, investment products, and global markets
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with financial modeling preferred
  • High attention to detail, discretion, and ability to manage confidential information
  • Bilingual in English and Bahasa Indonesia to work with Indonesian stakeholders

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Associate to join our Private Wealth team in Singapore. We are looking for someone who is loyal, trustworthy and adaptable to work alongside with the members of the family and must possess strong qualities of integrity and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information. The successful candidate will be expected to work efficiently under pressure, multitask and support the day-to-day operations of the family office and not limited to manage private wealth initiatives, analyse data and information relating to investments, and collaborate closely with external advisors and banks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in managing investment portfolios across asset classes (public equities, private equity, real estate, fixed income)
  • Organising, analysing and interpreting data to extract meaningful insights to support decision making for investments and operations.
  • Liaise with private banks, fund managers, legal counsel, and tax advisors to execute transactions and manage ongoing relationships
  • Support the private wealth team heads in various matters and not limited to maintaining and updating internal documentation on asset holdings, legal structures, and compliance workflows
  • Contribute to strategic planning, next-gen engagement, and succession planning initiatives
  • Support philanthropic activities, governance meetings, and ad-hoc family requests
