Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in New Product Development within the medical device industry Minimum of 3 years of professional experience leading technical teams (not necessarily by means of overseeing direct reports) Ability to travel approximately 10% (domestic and international) to support development and transfer activities at various sites Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration in technically demanding environments Demonstrated experience leading a service-oriented team (such as production or operations) Experience with facilities management, equipment utilization, scheduling team activities, and customer delivery Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Prior professional experience in post-processing of nitinol parts to include mass removal, heat shaping, and polishing Proven leadership and management of technical teams, including coaching, development, and motivating individuals to achieve results Experience leading teams in developing and transferring manufacturing processes and/or production lines across a global network Ability to anticipate future technology needs and initiate programs with minimal oversight Experience leading teams throughout the product lifecycle—from exploratory to commercialization and end of life Strong vendor management and collaboration skills Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
