Job Description As an Associate, Process Improvement at PSI you will be responsible for the following functions: Conduct rigorous analysis, design, and monitoring of business processes utilizing established continuous improvement methodologies Formulate and implement robust performance monitoring mechanisms to ensure strict compliance with organizational standards Contribute significantly to process and technology implementations, including comprehensive data collection and in-depth analysis Deliver thorough and effective training on relevant processes and systems/tools to PSI staff, ensuring optimal utilization of resources Develop and maintain meticulous documentation, including detailed manuals, guidelines, and professional presentations Actively engage in cross-functional process improvement initiatives, driving organizational efficiency and effectiveness Qualifications Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Linguistics, Library Science, Cognitive Science, or a related field Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in software development Basic programming skills (e.g., Python, Java, or SPARQL) and understanding of data modelling and taxonomies is a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills in Romanian and English Ability to work with cross-functional teams and analyze complex information Familiarity with semantic technologies, ontology languages (OWL, RDF), and tools like Protégé is a plus Adaptability, attention to detail, and passion for organizing knowledge Additional Information What We Offer: Stable, full-time position within the core PSI team Hybrid work for flexibility and work-life balance Competitive compensation and benefits aligned with your experience Personalized career development and growth opportunities Supportive colleagues and a culture of mutual respect Continuous learning through on-the-job training and knowledge sharing Modern, comfortable office space Make the right call and take your career to a whole new level.
