Description

Tag Specialist Key Responsibilities * Assist in QA testing of web analytics implementations using Adobe Analytics. * Validate basic tracking such as page views, clicks, form submissions, and custom events across websites. * Support QA and debugging of tags deployed through Adobe Launch, Ensighten, or similar tag management tools. * Verify data layer values, context data, eVars, props, events, and classifications against tracking requirements. * Check data accuracy across different environments (DEV, QA, UAT, PROD). * Identify tracking issues and report findings to senior team members. * Support validation activities after site releases, enhancements, or tagging changes. * Work closely with developers and analytics teams to help resolve tracking issues. * Maintain basic QA documentation, test cases, and validation checklists. * Follow analytics governance and compliance guidelines, especially for banking websites. Required Skills & Experience * 2-4 year of experience or strong internship exposure in Web Analytics or Tag QA. * Good Communication. * Basic understanding of Adobe Analytics concepts. * Familiarity with at least one Tag Management System (Adobe Launch, Ensighten). * Basic knowledge of JavaScript-based tracking and data layers. * Exposure to browser debugging tools (Adobe Experience Platform Debugger, Chrome DevTools). * Willingness to learn modern tagging approaches such as Web SDK. * Good communication skills and attention to detail. Nice to Have * Introductory exposure to Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). * Awareness of privacy, consent management, and data compliance concepts. * Exposure to banking or financial services websites or projects.
