Associate Process Manager Role & Responsibilities: * Manage end‑to‑end technology/Digital hiring for digital and core tech roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and candidate closure. * Partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and delivery timelines. * Support execution of technology/digital hiring strategies aligned with business priorities and growth plans. * Drive hands‑on sourcing using job portals, social media, referrals, ATS databases, and other innovative channels. * Utilize ATS tools and recruitment automation to track candidates, manage pipelines, maintain data accuracy, and ensure compliance. * Monitor and manage recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑hire, cost‑per‑hire, offer‑to‑join ratio, and candidate experience scores. * Prepare and share regular hiring dashboards and MIS reports to support timely decision‑making. * Understand market trends, talent availability, and hiring challenges to proactively identify alternative or emerging talent pools.
