Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Procurement Analyst to join our dynamic team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Tukwila, Washington.
Looking for someone to assist with shortage data and to assist with Quality interfaces on the E-7 Program. This will consist of work with non-conforming parts or shipments, part certifications and other part movement activity to support production.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • More than 1 year of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • More than 1 year of experience in supplier management or supply chain management

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • More than 1 year of experience working with analytics, data and spreadsheets to build presentations and make recommendations
  • More than 1 year of experience assessing and evaluating risk

TYPICAL EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Typically 3 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities
  • Measures key performance indicators
  • Extracts and analyzes data from multiple sources
  • Prepares reports
  • Reviews procurement/planning systems
  • Reviews schedules, creates plans and/or policies for execution of procurement activities
  • Coordinates schedule changes with procurement for contractual changes to purchase orders and supplier incorporation
  • Documents and participates in the implementation of lean improvements.
  • Communicates project objectives and activities
