Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is seeking an analyst with shipping, receiving, and warehouse experience to provide onsite support at our third-party logistics provider in Swedesboro, NJ (with occasional requirements to be on-site at Boeing’s manufacturing facility in Ridley Park, PA).

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

• 3 or more years’ related work experience
• Experience with Microsoft office suite
• Strong excel skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

• Bachelor’s degree
• Previous Supply Chain experience preferred but not required

• Collaborate and lead cross functionally to quickly resolve receiving issues
• Develop solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity while referring to policies, procedures, and best practices for guidance
• establish relationships with internal personnel and external customers
• locate and provide missing information to facilitate inventory receiving process
• extract and analyze data from multiple sources
• prepare reports
• measure key performance indicators (grief backlog, aging, root cause corrective action)
• represent the organization for projects and improvement initiatives
• develop, analyze and maintain processes, tools, information and industry best practices in support of Supplier Management and procurement processes
