Overview Job Title: Associate, Procurement Responsibilities Responsibilities: Manage RFXs and contract renewals. Negotiate with suppliers, balancing cost savings and supplier relationships. Drive cost-saving programs at both country and regional levels without compromising controls and delivery. Ensure all expenditures are covered by robust contracts. Strengthen business relationships with internal stakeholders and key suppliers. Functionally accountable for sourcing, selection, and onboarding of new vendors. Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop procurement plans; provide market insights to business and stakeholders. Standardize procurement practices across business lines, countries, and regions. Build a stakeholder engagement plan to support procurement strategy. Drive innovation and value addition in both sourcing and procurement. Perform data cleansing, categorization, normalization of suppliers, and data enrichment for analysis. Provide monthly reporting on procurement spends, vendors, trends, and cost optimization opportunities. Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills. Qualifications Skills & Expertise: Experience in handling procurement requests, customer management, and vendor management Excellent Excel and writing skills Proven presentation, communication, and influencing skills with leadership Experience in data analytics, compliance, and audit Strong problem-solving skills Organizational and coordination abilities Ability to work under pressure Competencies: Business Software Applications Problem Solving Planning and Organizing Work Cost-Benefit Analysis Negotiation
