Job Description MS NOW is looking for an experienced Associate Producer for All In with Chris Hayes. This position is represented by the Writers Guild of America East. Responsibilities: Straight cut video and work with editors on cutting compelling video Assist producers with desktop editing for television and digital content Assist with the editing and posting of segments, show-cast & other content across multiple MS NOW platforms Gathering elements Viewing all video to ensure quality before air Assist Segment Producers with research & production Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Must have at least 2 years’ production experience Must be proficient with Desktop editing Desired Qualifications: Proficient editing with Avid, Adobe Premiere Experience producing compelling visual stories with graphics, video and sound Knowledge of and experience with producing content for digital & social media platforms Thorough knowledge of current events, US politics, geopolitics, foreign policy and history Additional Job Requirements: Must be willing to work in New York, NY. Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States. Must be willing and able to work flexible hours, under tight deadline pressure, including breaking news.
