Overview: Within the Strategy & Analytics team, Property Finder is looking for a strong Product Analytics Associate who will be primarily responsible for translating data into actionable insights, helping Product Management leadership of the company make informed decisions. You would work with an exceptional group of ex consultants from McKinsey, Bain, BCG and the Big 4. Key Responsibilities End-to-end ownership of workstreams to deliver data-driven business and product insights, across strategic initiatives Conduct complex and detailed analyses to identify areas for improvement, enhance efficiency, and help set targets for the teams Coordinate and work with different functions within the company Present findings periodically to leaders of the organisation Desired Qualifications: Experience: 3+ years in Business Analytics within a reputable tech company or top-tier management consulting firm Exposure to Product, CRM, and Growth departments Collaboration skills to work effectively with different functions and drive insights into actions Technical Proficiency: Exceptional skills in SQL and Tableau Experience in product analytics, google analytics, including A/B Testing, Tracking, and Tag management Communication Skills: Proven ability to craft and deliver presentations for senior audiences with a compelling storyline Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including presenting technical content effectively Excellent communication and presentation skills Key Competencies and Characteristics: Demonstrated success in understanding end-to-end analytics Consistent high performance and achievements throughout education and career Curious, proactive, practical, and solution-oriented with a "Get it done!" attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated extreme ownership Our promise to talent At Property Finder, we believe talent thrives in an environment where you can be your best self.
