You will be a valued member in our award-winning Product team, responsible for creating products for consumers across over 60 countries. In this unique position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet all relevant regulatory and safety standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products are safe, reliable, and compliant with industry regulations.
Our Product team is involved with all Secretlab’s industry-leading designs, including collaborative efforts with world-renowned brands such as Game of Thrones, Batman, Cloud9, Team Secret, as well as international esports organisers such as Riot Games for their League of Legends global tournaments.

Responsibilities

  • Research and analysis of regional and international compliance requirements, including sustainability regulations and standards, to ensure comprehensive product compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with all sustainability law requirements, including timely and accurate data reporting and adherence to regulatory frameworks
  • Oversee the implementation of compliance strategies, integrating sustainability considerations into product development processes to meet environmental and social standards.
  • Collaborate with product development, engineering, and quality assurance teams to integrate compliance requirements and sustainability practices throughout the product life cycle.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with suppliers and manufacturers, ensuring both processes and materials meet sustainability criteria
  • Develop and maintain compliance documentation related to sustainability, including product specifications, sustainability reports, and certification records

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability or a relevant field (e.g., biomedical sciences, engineering, product management etc.)
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience specifically handling sustainability requirements is preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of sustainability standards and regulations is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Fluent in English & Mandarin (for the purpose of liaising with Mandarin speaking suppliers)
  • Ability to travel for business
