Our Design Team is looking for a passionate and creative Associate Product Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for developing innovative and engaging products, working closely with cross-functional teams from concept to production What You'll Do: Create innovative, user-focused and consumer-centric toy concepts and play experiences for preschool products. Support the design and development process from early concept through final production-ready execution. Generate new ideas through research, trend review, brainstorming, and sketch exploration. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, vendors, QA, sculptors, and model makers to develop strong design solutions. Present design ideas clearly through sketches, mock-ups, digital visuals, and other communication tools. Refine products to ensure they are safe, functional, manufacturable, and cost effective. Manage timelines and priorities effectively while supporting multiple projects at different stages. What You'll Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Product Design or a related discipline, or equivalent experience. Around 1– 3 years of relevant design experience, preferably in toys, preschool products, or a related consumer product category. Strong design skills with the ability to translate ideas into compelling product concepts and final design solutions. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and 3D design software; knowledge of SolidWorks or zBrush is a plus. Strong sketching, visual communication, and presentation skills. Creative, curious, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Willingness to travel occasionally to the China office if needed.
