You’ll collaborate with our marketing, product, and engineering teams to design assets that are not only visually stunning but also optimized for performance and user engagement. This role reports to the Head of Design. What You’ll Do Branding: Ensure all designs are on-brand, adhering to style guides and visual identity standards. Collaborate with the marketing and brand teams to maintain consistency across all digital channels. Design Creation: Create visually engaging designs for digital campaigns, including display ads, email templates, social media graphics, landing pages, and banners. Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and translate them into compelling visual content. Collaboration: Partner with copywriters, marketers, and developers to deliver cohesive and impactful campaigns.Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas and concepts. Who You Are Creative and Impactful: You bring a strong aesthetic eye and have a proven track record of designing impactful assets for ads, email campaigns, landing pages, and social media. Detail-Oriented: Known for delivering polished, pixel-perfect designs that adhere to branding guidelines while optimizing for performance across digital platforms. Collaborative Team Player: You excel in cross-functional environments, working closely with marketers, copywriters, and developers to create cohesive and effective campaigns. Requirements Experience in digital marketing design, graphic design, or a similar role Proficiency in design tools; Figma, Illustrator, Canva Strong portfolio showcasing digital design work, especially ads, emails, and social media graphics. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions. Strong attention to detail and experience working on high-impact, user-facing products. It’s designed for deep work and casual collaboration -- The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000, in addition to equity and benefits.
