Job Description We’re looking for an early-career Product Designer to join our small, but mighty, design team. You’ll play a key role in shaping the customer experience at Perpay—bringing design thinking, strong visuals, and motion skills to the table. If you're equal parts product thinker and pixel perfectionist, and you thrive in fast-moving, hands-on environments, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Contribute to design projects that directly impact our customers’ financial lives Apply design thinking methodologies to solve user and business problems Collaborate with product, engineering, brand and marketing partners to ship experiences that are useful, beautiful, and on-brand Bring designs to life through high-quality visual work, motion design, and attention to micro-interactions Support research initiatives by contributing to planning, synthesizing insights, and applying findings to your designs Uphold and apply our design system and visual language across platforms Take initiative and drive work forward even when things are ambiguous—we’re looking for someone with grit and hustle mentality What We're Looking For 0–2 years of experience in product design (internships, freelance, or academic projects all count!)
