ABOUT Agnikul Cosmos is a company incubated at IIT Madras and we build rockets that can take satellites up to 500 kg to Lower Earth Orbit (LEO). In May 2024, we successfully completed our maiden launch from our own launchpad (India's first private launchpad). The launch has proven all the new technologies developed by Agnikul and also earned recognition from Honourable Prime Minister of India. Key Responsibilities 1. Requirements Management - Gather and analyze product requirements from users, stakeholders, and market research to inform product decisions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications for the Frappe framework - Help maintain product documentation and ensure clear communication of product updates to relevant stakeholders 2. Product Development - Coordinate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to manage product development timelines and deliverables - Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups to ensure alignment on product goals - Assist in defining product vision and strategy in collaboration with senior product managers and key stakeholders 3. Quality Assurance & Testing - Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate product features and gather user feedback for continuous improvement - Monitor product performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement 4. Automation Systems - Support the development and enhancement of automation systems including inventory management, HR processes, recruitment workflows, payroll management, and finance modules - Work closely with the automation team to streamline space tech industry operations Requirements - Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies - Experience in requirements gathering and documentation - Proficiency in product management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana) - Understanding of user experience (UX) design principles - Familiarity with Frappe framework (preferred) - Product thinking and strategic planning abilities - Experience with agile development methodologies - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills
