Being part of the product team, you will engage in close collaboration with Product Managers, designers, and engineers to launch features that significantly influence how our customers handle billing and revenue. This role provides substantial ownership from the first day, encompassing feature scoping, writing specifications, collaborating with engineering, engaging with customers, and delivering products. You will experience rapid learning in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a small, impactful team. Responsibilities Take ownership of feature-level scoping and delivery within specific product areas, such as contract lifecycle, billing automation, integrations, AI, and revenue recognition. Participate in product discovery, hypothesis testing, and data-driven prioritization to solve key customer and business challenges. Work collaboratively across teams, including Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success, to define issues and develop scalable, high-quality solutions. Establish and monitor success metrics (KPIs) to evaluate product impact and customer value. Interact directly with customers to collect insights, comprehend workflows, and guide product decisions. Ensure effective communication and alignment among engineering, design, and business stakeholders regarding product initiatives. Lead iterative product development focused on measurable outcomes and ongoing experimentation. Evaluate product performance after launch, analyze data, and leverage insights to inform future iterations. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS or technology company, or strong internships that demonstrate project ownership driven by outcomes. Proven track record of managing a product feature or project from idea to launch, overseeing the entire lifecycle. Evident customer empathy and capability to convert user needs into effective product solutions. Basic understanding of business drivers and the commercial ramifications of product choices. Skilled in data analysis to extract insights, inform decisions, and iterate swiftly. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and align cross-functional teams. Adept at thriving in ambiguous, fast-paced environments. Familiarity with billing, fintech, or subscription management domains is advantageous. A robust network within fintech communities or broader finance networks is preferred.
