REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience or internships in product management, business analysis, QA, or project coordination (tech/software preferred).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.
  • Technical curiosity and ability to collaborate with engineers and designers.
  • Understanding of software products (web applications, SaaS, or databases a plus).

Responsibilities
  • Assist in gathering, documenting, and refining requirements from stakeholders, customer feedback, and market research.
  • Support product managers in prioritizing features, writing user stories, and maintaining an organized product backlog.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to clarify requirements, resolve blockers, and ensure smooth delivery of product features.
  • Help analyze customer feedback, product usage data, and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvements.
  • Contribute to roadmap planning sessions and ensure feature delivery is aligned with company goals.
  • Participate in product testing, validating new features, and ensuring quality from a user perspective.
  • Use tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello to track progress, update status, and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Prepare clear updates on product initiatives, risks, and performance metrics for leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance product development efficiency and collaboration.
