You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, shape product features, and play a key role in delivering meaningful outcomes for global enterprise clients—all while accelerating your growth in product management. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with senior product managers and stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities. Gather, analyze, and document clear and actionable product requirements from stakeholders and user feedback. Partner with UX/UI teams to design intuitive user experiences and work closely with engineering teams for seamless product launches. Monitor product performance metrics and user feedback to drive data-informed decisions and continuous improvements. Participate in feature testing, validation, and ensure effective communication across teams throughout the product lifecycle. What Success Looks Like Deliver impactful product features that enhance user adoption and customer satisfaction. Contribute to building product roadmaps that maintain a competitive edge in the customer experience space. Drive measurable improvements through data-backed insights and execution excellence. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in product management, SaaS, or related domains. Strong analytical skills with familiarity in product metrics, market research tools, and customer feedback analysis. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams. Excellent communication skills for documenting requirements, updates, and product launches. Key Skills Market Research & Competitive Analysis Product Requirement Gathering & Prioritization Cross-functional Collaboration (Engineering, Design, Stakeholders) Data Analysis & Metrics-driven Decision Making Nice to Have Experience with AI-powered SaaS products or customer experience platforms.
