The Associate Product Manager supports the end-to-end lifecycle of products, from strategic planning to execution. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations—to deliver innovative, user-centric products that align with company goals and drive business growth. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset and a passion for creating impactful product experiences. Product Strategy & Planning Support the development and execution of the product roadmap in alignment with business objectives. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights gathering to identify new opportunities. Assist in defining product vision, strategy, and key performance metrics. Product Development & Execution Translate product requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications. Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases. Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product review meetings. Test and validate new features to ensure they meet user and business needs. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth product launches and post-launch optimization. Collaborate with data analytics teams to track product performance and identify improvement areas. Communicate effectively across teams to ensure alignment and transparency on priorities and progress. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree or MBA (preferred but not required). 2–5 years of experience in product management, product operations, business analysis, or a related field. Experience working in agile or cross-functional environments preferred. Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, Productboard, or similar). Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics). Customer-centric mindset with strong attention to detail.
