Drive new product introductions for leading mass retail channels, ensuring quality, scalability, and market fit. Translate product and customer requirements into clear documentation for design and engineering teams. Act as the primary liaison to distribution and accessory partners, aligning timelines and deliverables. Collaborate with cross-functional partners in engineering, design, and marketing to communicate voice-of-customer insights, key objectives, and constraints. Monitor sales performance, product usage, and fitness trends to identify new opportunities and optimize existing lines. Champion your products internally — from ideation to launch — ensuring every detail supports our brand and customers. Partner on go-to-market strategies, shaping key messaging, training materials, and competitive positioning for launches. What you’ll bring You’re a driven, resourceful product professional with a passion for fitness and a track record of bringing great ideas to life. You love getting into the details but never lose sight of the big picture. Here’s what success looks like in this role: 3–5 years of experience in physical product development (not just digital). Experience working with global supply chains and manufacturing partners. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools like Asana. Proven ability to manage projects through the full product lifecycle — on time and within budget. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across teams and partners. Analytical mindset — able to interpret trends, performance metrics, and market feedback. Creative, solution-oriented, and self-motivated — you find ways to make things happen. Genuine passion for fitness and belief in the Centr mission. Bonus points if you have Experience in consumer fitness equipment or related categories. Background in catalog, online retail, or big-box channel development. Familiarity with commercial training environments or gym product lines.
