We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Associate Product Manager, Digital Assets and Currencies. Principal Responsibilities In this role you will: Work with colleagues across HSBC to define strategy, projects and deliverables for DACs Work to ensure that HSBC understands relevant DACs industry and policy developments, contributes to shaping them, and is seen as a thought leader for the development for DACs Ensure that any DACs products abide by internal (policy) and external (regulatory) obligations, and work with the second line of defence (2LoD) to actively shape HSBC’s DACs policies and procedures Contribute to thinking on DACs design choices, ensuring that realistic and valuable products are designed Work with colleagues and teams across businesses, technology and digital functions to further our DACs agenda Work with third party firms to help achieve goals and manage relationships with these firms, including fintech, established vendors, and partners Working closely with commercial teams, ensure that our DACs offer is appealing and well understood by our customers Work to ensure that HSBC’s DACs strategy is known and well explained to all relevant stakeholders To be successful you will need: Product development/ management Strong analytical skillset; Background and interest in cutting edge technologies Effective communicator who can work with multi-jurisdictional, cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams Proven track record of being part of and managing high-performing agile teams Stakeholder Management; Project management Strong and effective relationships with stakeholders which includes senior leadership Financial Management; Metrics development and management Financial Services or Consulting background would be beneficial though not required Opening up a world of opportunity www.hsbc.com/careers HSBC is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and opinions count.
