Description

Are you a natural problem-solver who believes enterprise software should be as delightful as consumer apps? Do you obsess over user experience and see the potential to transform how millions of people work every day? If so, this is the role for you.
We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our small, but mighty team, building cutting-edge employee experience products for some of the world’s most prominent brands. This is a unique opportunity to help consumerize the enterprise, bringing the latest innovations in user experience, personalization, and user delight to corporate employees around the globe.

WHO YOU ARE

We’re not looking for a checklist of skills, we’re looking for a specific type of person.

  • A Self-Starter Who Takes Ownership: You are a go-getter who doesn’t need to be told what to do. You take full ownership of your work, from initial research to final launch, and are accountable for the results. You thrive in an environment where you are trusted to make a direct impact.
  • A Natural Problem-Solver: You are deeply curious and resourceful. You don’t wait for answers; you find them. You are passionate about finding solutions that make a real difference in people’s lives.
  • Empathetic: You can put yourself in the shoes of our end users, no matter their role, and understand their pain points. You believe that great software starts with genuine empathy.
  • A Storyteller: You can take complex user insights and translate them into a clear vision that rallies a team. You can write user stories that are not just requirements, but a compelling narrative for what we’re building.
  • Experienced in the Enterprise: You have worked in a large corporate environment, whether through an internship, a co-op, or a full-time role. This first-hand experience gives you an intuitive understanding of how these organizations and their employees think and operate.
  • Detail-Oriented and Strategic: You have an obsessive attention to detail. You are driven to research and understand the drivers for competitive products and the broader market landscape. You want to build features that don’t just add to the product but truly move the needle and make our solution the best in the industry.
  • Driven by Impact: You want to work on a product that is used by millions of people and see your work bring real value to large enterprises and their employees.
Responsibilities

This isn’t a typical junior PM role. You will work directly with our CEO, a product veteran with over two decades of experience, and a team of amazing designers. You will be at the heart of our product strategy, owning the end-to-end process from ideation to launch.

  • Be a Customer Empath: Dive deep into understanding diverse user personas—from office workers and desktop users to delivery drivers and assembly line workers. You’ll go out and find a way to talk to them, understand their challenges, and uncover the problems that need solving.
  • Innovate and Strategize: Research market trends and competition to build compelling business cases for new product features. You will play a critical role in shaping our product strategy and building the roadmap.
  • Translate Vision into Reality: Write detailed, crystal-clear user stories that inspire our designers and guide our development teams. You will be the bridge between customer needs and the final product, ensuring our solutions are not just functional, but truly delightful.
  • Champion the User: Constantly question what’s working and what isn’t, using your curiosity to find truly unique and remarkable solutions to day-to-day corporate challenges.
