Description
Product Discovery & Definition Partner with Senior PMs to research customer problems — interviewing facilities managers, technicians, and service providers to understand pain points and workflows. Synthesize insights from data, support tickets, and platform usage to identify opportunities for improvement. Support the creation of Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), ensuring clarity on user needs, business value, and success metrics. Contribute to defining Minimum Marketable Products (MMPs) — the smallest, most focused solutions that deliver measurable value. Collaborate with Engineering and UX through the development cycle — clarifying requirements, tracking progress, and validating outcomes. Assist in preparing release communications and enablement materials for internal and customer audiences. Contribute to ServiceChannel's continuous learning culture— through retrospectives, data reviews, and customer debriefs. 1-2 years of relevant experience (e.g., product, UX, engineering, consulting, or operations) Demonstrated ability to break down complex workflows and communicate them clearly Curiosity, analytical mindset, and a bias for action Comfort working with data (SQL, Excel, or analytics tools) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience or familiarity with B2B SaaS products Exposure to Agile or Scrum workflows Background in computer science, engineering, economics, or a related field Interest in operational domains such as logistics, field service, or facilities management
