Location: Leander, TX (6 miles from NW Austin)
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 depending on experience, plus excellent benefits

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in product management, supply chain, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with competing priorities.
• Willingness to work long or irregular hours when needed, especially during launches and key project milestones.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

• Conduct product research and support development of new products.
• Manage the product lifecycle from conception to launch, growth, and obsolescence.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective production and delivery.
• Perform market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product expansion.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, marketing, sales, and operations to align product strategies with business goals.
• Ensure quality standards are met across the supply chain and throughout the product lifecycle.
• Represent the company at supplier facilities, trade shows, and industry events as needed.
