Responsibilities

THE ROLE

An Associate Product Manager responsible for the execution of the product roadmap, with a deep technical understanding and how it translates to representing user needs.
Reporting to our Head of Product to join our Product team working across the entire product life cycle from ideation to go-to-market efforts. You will have operated in a hyper growth startup with experience building SaaS products from 0-1. You will also have a deep understanding of the key challenges engineers face and a firm grasp on design principles in prioritising key features and capabilities. Your superpower is how to bridge the gap between technical specifics and business needs effortlessly and turn high-level designs into real-world solutions.
You thrive in challenging situations, and you appreciate the dynamics of a flexible, flat-structured work environment. You are quick to grasp the nuances and complexities of developing an AI product healthcare in both Australia and internationally.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Define product requirements and collaborate with a cross-functional team to execute product launches.
  • Own a key area of Heid’s business and leverage user research, market insights, and data to build a forward looking strategy and roadmap.
  • Maintain a customer-centric focus by conducting user research, upholding product excellence, and analyzing user feedback and metrics to guide product innovation.
  • Oversee product launches, monitor performance, and iterate on features and product experience based on usage and market metrics.
  • Set success metrics for launches and analyze results throughout various stages to guide product development decisions.
  • Support the sales frontline by providing a workspace for their day-to-day tasks, from lead views to reporting to calendar management; sunset single point solutions including Zapier, Intercom lead flows
  • Support the success frontline with a complete picture of account health, with associated automated task creation when accounts are due for reviews or need intervention
  • Partner with billing to systematise discounting and promotions into a structured deal desk process for sales frontline in CRM with tolerances, automation and exception management
  • Maintain and improve lead flows and sales funnels - product, marketing, integration partner
  • Build and maintain information pipelines and integrations - enrichment, product analytics, billing information, support interactions - into CRM to provide a complete picture of the customer and user
  • Provide an accurate and real-time view of sales performance at an individual, regional, vertical level with reporting and dashboards
  • Own the sales and revenue technology stack, from user administration to rolling out new features to users with associated change management
