Description Position Overview & Job Responsibilities: Work with users to collect feedback and study data to gather insights to drive improvements. Work with a Product Manager or Sr. Product Manager to understand a specific product or business line. And develop the basic skills needed to excel in the product team. Work with business and development teams to ensure they understand the vision for the product. Develop detailed documentation and specifications for product features so that they are clearly understood by the business and development teams. Own the discovery and delivery of new features and existing feature improvements. Ability to break down Epics into features, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria. Requirements Education and Work Experience: Bachelor’s degree Experience with product/software development, quality analysis, software testing, customer support, or marketing Experience in Property & Casualty insurance industry is a plus . Knowledge Skills & Abilities: Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities with the ability to prioritize, track, and deliver results Exceptional communication and presentation skills Ability to work with cross-functional teams as a subject matter expert who influences company-wide decisions Understands both the engineering and business side of the product release and is ultimately responsible for representing the end user’s needs Knowledge of product management tools and methodologies
