Responsibilities

JOB ROLE OPPORTUNITY

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate Product Manager (APM) to join our Haematology franchise, reporting to the Senior Product Manager, based in the Johnson and Johnson Innovative Medicine High Wycombe office. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to support the implementation of the brands’ tactical plans and own the administrative activities of the marketing function.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITY

The Associate Product Manager is a critical support role in the Business Unit, working in close collaboration across Marketing, Medical, Market Access and Sales as part of a high performing team, contributing to the overall success of our brands.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Support the SPM and PM to implement marketing initiatives, including the creation and distribution of marketing materials and leading on identified projects to achieve brand goals and career development.
  • Provide logistical, budget-tracking and administrative support to the marketing function to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns and activities.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and agencies.
    As an Associate Product Manager, you will be part of a team making a different to improving patients’ health and quality of life, working on a portfolio of innovative medicines with breath of opportunities to find growth in a fast-moving organisation.
