YOUR MISSION

• Documentation Management: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for product features, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all stakeholders and prepare detailed briefs and documentation for the delivery team to facilitate seamless execution.
• Product Discovery: Assist in organizing and conducting user interviews and research sessions and document insights and findings to inform product development and strategy.
• Process Optimization: Organize and optimize delivery team workflows, including managing tools like Linear to track progress and identify bottlenecks. Implement best practices to enhance team efficiency and collaboration.
• Analytics and Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on product usage and performance metrics. Provide actionable insights to inform product decisions and identify areas for improvement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and effective communication. Facilitate meetings and workshops to drive collaborative problem-solving and innovation.

As an Associate Product Manager (m/f/d) you will play a pivotal role in streamlining our product lifecycle, ensuring efficient documentation, facilitating communication between teams, and supporting product discovery initiatives.
