We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager who can connect business needs with practical product solutions and enjoys solving problems that matter. You’ll work with Business Consultants, Product Owners, UI/UX, and Engineering to build ERP features that solve real user needs. What You'll Do Gather and validate requirements from Business Consultants, Product Owners, and stakeholders. Identify use cases, user needs, and business flows while analyzing product opportunities through user feedback and competitor analysis. Design solutions by creating wireframes, user flows, diagrams (ERD/DFD/flowcharts), user stories, and test scenarios Collaborate with UI/UX and engineering teams to ensure smooth implementation and great user experience. Prepare clear product specifications (FSD) and bridge business and technical teams throughout development. Manage feature timelines, testing (including UAT), and documentation. Continuously evaluate performance and recommend improvements. Use AI tools to boost productivity, support analysis, and explore new product opportunities. What We're Looking For Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Computerized Accounting, Information Systems, or related field (min GPA 3.00). 1–3 years of experience as Associate Product Manager/Product Analyst/Product role (ERP, banking, B2B SaaS preferred). Understanding of accounting/finance principles is a strong plus Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative, user-focused approach. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration. Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable with a growth mindset. Curiosity about AI and how it can improve product development and user experience. Required Tools: Diagramming tools for DFD/ERD/flowcharts (Lucidchart/Draw.io) Project management tools (Jira/Notion) Good to have: Wireframing tools (Figma/Balsamiq) Ability to read basic database schemas What You'll Learn End-to-end product development in ERP software. Deep understanding of business processes across industries. Agile/Scrum, data-driven decision making, and roadmap management. System design fundamentals, database concepts, and API basics. How to leverage AI tools to accelerate product work.
