Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis or operations, preferably in a SaaS organization.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects at once and manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing processes is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
Responsibilities

We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to support product development and cross-functional coordination across sales, marketing, and business teams. This role will be highly tactical, ensuring alignment and execution of both internal and external projects. This role will play a key part in ensuring alignment across enterprise initiatives, tracking deliverables, and supporting data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is eager to grow into a product role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage cross-functional projects across sales, marketing, and business operations.
  • Track deliverables, facilitate collaboration, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of project timelines, key deliverables, and dependencies.
  • Facilitate meetings across teams, ensuring that agendas are clear, actions are documented, and follow-ups are completed on time.
  • Conduct regular competitor and market analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to optimize business strategies.
  • Assist in tracking KPIs and preparing reports for leadership teams.
  • Support sales and marketing teams with operational tasks, including tracking progress on key initiatives.
  • Assist with the rollout of new products and services, ensuring smooth adoption across teams.
  • Work closely with leadership to align enterprise sales and marketing efforts with strategic business priorities.
